California Voter Registration Is Ripe For Fraud

[Update June 25]

Today The Federalist published an article about this.  It’s even worse than I thought:

In California, voters with no government ID can still vote so long as they show a gym membership, credit card, utility bill, or other low-security identification.

The official California regulations are in the pdf below (also available here).  Nowhere does it mention ever showing a reasonably secure ID to vote.  Apparently, California believes the voting booth should be as open as the southern border.

California voter registration is ripe for fraud.  It’s possible to register without giving a driver’s license number, a Social Security number (last 4 digits) or a home address. Rather than a long description of the process and its flaws, I put together a short video.  Enjoy and let me know if you find any mistakes.
