Julie Hamill is a lawyer in southern California (Hamill Law and Consulting, Rolling Hills Estates).  She was recently hired by the California Policy Center to “[launch] the organization’s new justice center focused on dismantling government barriers to freedom and prosperity in California.”  She advocates for parents’ rights in schools.
